1. Our Commitment To Privacy

We, at IDILOGIC, understand the importance of your privacy. To better protect it, we have in place a Privacy Policy, which describes what we do and what we do not do, in order to better protect your personal information. It also explains our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used. To make this notice of our Privacy Policy easy to find, we publish it on our websites making it available through a visible link on each site. This notice applies to all current visitors and customers as well as former visitors and customers of our websites and software products and services. If you have objections to the Privacy Policy, you should not access and use our websites and software. If you have questions or concerns about our Privacy Policy, you can always contact us via mail, email, or phone.

2. The Information We Gather

This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on the IDILOGIC websites, software registration forms and wizards, phone calls, fax, emails, and forms and documents received via mail.

You can visit our website and engage in many activities without providing any personal information. However, if you order products or services, need to access your account, make email requests, make choices regarding marketing promotions, and register to receive emailed information, you need to identify yourself by providing personal information as required. The information we collect in such cases is necessary to process your orders, provide you with access to requested information, grant you license to use our software, ship you products, and it can include personal information such as your name, address, phone numbers, credit card info, email addresses, and your choices of offered services and products and the necessary related information. On software activation forms and wizards, you can submit personal information such as your name, address, phone numbers, email addresses, marketing promotion choices, user type, and your choices of offered services and products and the necessary related information.

Some of the information we ask you to provide on our websites and software registration forms and wizards is identified as mandatory (usually the fields marked with an asterisk) and some is not mandatory. If you do not provide valid data for the mandatory fields, you will not be able to engage in further activities or benefit from offered services and products.

On some pages, you can submit information about other people - for example, if you find information of interest on our website and want to email it directly to a friend. In this case, the type of personal information we may collect is your email address only; we do not collect your friends' (the recipients') email addresses.

Some of our websites contain links to other websites, not owned, operated, or otherwise related to IDILOGIC, at which personal information may be collected. In such cases, the collection and use of your personal information will be governed by the privacy policies applicable to those websites.

To improve our websites and better serve our website users, we may use "cookies". Cookies are simple text files stored on your computer by your Web browser. Cookies that may be created on your computer by using our websites do not contain personally identifiable information and do not compromise your privacy or security. They provide a method of distinguishing website users and enables us to record your preferences. Cookies cannot be executed as programs or deliver viruses. Most browsers are set by default to accept cookies. You can set up your browser to not accept cookies. In such case, however, you would not be able to access some of our pages.

3. The Way We Use Information

While information we collect is the foundation of our ability to provide you with superior products and services, our most important asset is our customers' trust. Keeping our customers' information secure and using it only as promised is a top priority for all of us at IDILOGIC.

We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order (called billing information) only to complete that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order.

We use the information you provide about yourself or someone else when placing an order (called shipping information) only to ship the product, send download information, and to confirm delivery. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order.

We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.

We offer an email-to-a-friend feature on our websites. Information you provide to us through this feature is used to account for the visitors' areas of interest. We do not share, exchange, or sell the collected email addresses with other parties.

We would like to provide you with better service by keeping you informed about promotional offers from our sponsors, affiliated, and nonaffiliated third parties. If you wish to opt-out, just check the appropriate boxes when using our website or software data entry forms and wizards. If you opt-in, and later change your mind, you can always contact us and alter your choice.

We may disclose personal information, when required by the law, in order to comply with the law or regulations of a government agency, or regulatory body, or in response to a subpoena, warrant, court order or other legal process. We may disclose account or registration information when we have reason to believe that disclosing such information is necessary to identify, contact and bring legal action against someone who may be violating our License to Use Agreement or Terms of Website Use in order to protect data security of our customers and our intellectual property.

Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.

4. Third Party Services

On some of the sites, we may use third party services for the purpose of serving and/or targeting of ads, promotions and other marketing messages. In order to perform their services, such third parties normally collect anonymous data through the use of cookies. Specifically, we use Google's services. Google, as a third party service, uses cookies to serve ads on our sites. Google's use of the DART cookie enables it to serve ads to users based on their visits to our sites and other sites on the Internet. Users may opt out of the use of the DART cookie by visiting the Google ad and content network privacy policy.

Keeping customer information secure is a top priority for all of us at IDILOGIC. To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we maintain appropriate physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards. We also have internal controls to keep customer information as accurate and complete as we can. If you believe that any information about you is not accurate, please contact us.

6. Privacy Policy Changes

IDILOGIC reserves the right to change its Privacy Policy at its sole discretion. In such cases, the Privacy Policy posted on our websites will be updated accordingly. If, in result of such changes, you want to alter the way we are allowed to use your personal information, please contact us.

In case IDILOGIC sells its assets to another entity or is acquired or merged with another entity, customer information generally is one of the transferred business assets. In such cases, transferred customer information remains subject to the pre-existing Privacy Policy, and the new entity is required to advise you on any Privacy Policy changes.

7. How You Can Access Or Correct Your Information

You can call us in order to access all your personally identifiable information that we collect and maintain in our internal customer database. We use this procedure to better safeguard your information. If you need to correct factual errors in your personally identifiable information, you can do so by sending us a request that credibly shows error. The request may be sent by mail or email. Please allow for 30 days from our receipt of your request for changing your personal information to become effective. Any previous privacy instructions that you may have given us will remain in effect until you request a change. If you have more than one account with us, and would like your privacy choices to be applied to those accounts, you must list the accounts in your request to us. To protect your privacy and the security of our data, we will also take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access or making corrections.
